OMAQ Shipping & Returns Policy

We want to try and delight you as much as possible. That’s why we need to let you know what, where and how we ship OMAQ items, so you know what to expect, what’s possible and when you’ll receive your orders and send your returns. 

 

Delivery

  • All over Indonesia. 
  1. What delivery options do we offer for Indonesia?
    We deliver straight to your address. There are  two delivery options, and your delivery time depends on the type of delivery/courier service you choose:
    – REGULAR service delivers within 2–3 days to the Jabodetabek area, and 4–8 days in other areas;
    – BEST service delivers within 1–2 days to all areas inside Indonesia.

  2. How can you track your delivery/package?
    OMAQ will send you a shipment confirmation email with all the delivery information on it, as well as a link that you can follow to track the package through the courier’s customer service department.
  • Malaysia and Singapore
  1. What delivery options do we offer for Malaysia and Singapore?
    We deliver straight to your address. We offer only 1 delivery option on a fixed rate service for USD 9 which delivers to:
    - Singapore within 2-4 days;
    - East Malaysia 9-10 days;
    - West Malaysia 7-8 days.

  2. How can you track your delivery/package?
    OMAQ will send you a shipment confirmation email with all the delivery information on it, as well as a link that you can follow to track the package through the courier’s customer service department.
    • Rest of the world
      1. What delivery options do we offer for the rest of the world?
        We deliver straight to your address. However, based on the country of delivery, shipping costs and reception, timelines may vary. Upon checkout, you will be able to calculate the shipping cost. If that is okay for you, you will be able to proceed to check out.

      2.  How can you track your delivery/package?
        OMAQ will send you a shipment confirmation email with all the delivery information on it, as well as a link that you can follow to track the package through the courier’s customer service department.

      Return & Exchange

      Our Return & Exchange Policy

      Should you need to return or exchange a OMAQ item for another one, we ask you to please make sure that the item(s) haven’t been damaged, soiled, washed or worn (other than to try the item on), and that any labels or tags should be intact. The time limit for returning or exchanging is 7 days after you first received the item(s). Your return packages should be sent to us no longer than within 7 days of the first reception of the package.

       

      How do you return a product?

      Do you need to pay for the return?

      All we ask is that you, the customer, pay the delivery cost for bringing the item back to the warehouse.

       

      Is there a time limit for return or exchange?

      Yes. All returns and exchanges need to happen within 7 days after you first received the item(s).

       

      How long will the refund process take for the returned products?

      It will take 10 working days after we’ve received the returned products back from you, the customer.

       

      Preorder

      1. Preorder campaign will be on for 1 months from the first launch and announcement of the campaign by any of OMAQ’s means of communication such as social media and website. 
      2. The actual production of goods will start after the preorder is over and will take around 1.5 months to be produced and packaged. The reason our production takes longer than in other types of business is because we try to ensure the best working conditions for our suppliers that follow fair-trade and environmentally-friendly practices  within the supply chain. 
      3. Right after that, your ready goods will be immediately sent to you. OMAQ will send you shipping information of your sent goods.
      4. In case of force majeure and impossibility to deliver the goods to you (failure in production or other) we will refund you immediately.
